Cao Fang, a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Design, Nanjing University of the Arts, a member of the China Artists Association, a member of the International Graphic Design Alliance (AGI), a final judge of the China Education Commission's Scholarship Council, a national first-class brand professional construction site, and the head of the Jiangsu Province university brand major (visual communication design major), as well as the head of the National Language and Text Promotion Base.

15 types of textbooks have been compiled and published.

The editor in chief of "Principles of Visual Communication Design" won the third prize in the 10th Philosophy and Social Sciences Competition in Jiangsu Province and the second prize in the "Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education".

The deputy editor in chief of the visual communication section of the "Encyclopedia of China: Design Volume".

Authored the "Text Design" national level planning textbook for higher education during the 11th Five Year Plan period.

The editor in chief of the "Complete Collection of Modern Chinese Design - Poster Volume" won the Book Award of the 4th Chinese Government Publishing Award.

Published over 50 papers.

The poster 'No Child Left Behind' won the Silver Award at the 10th National Art Exhibition.

The book design series "movable type" won the "Most Beautiful Book in China" award.

Chinese character poster design has won awards in international exhibitions, been featured in professional publications, and collected by art museums and galleries both domestically and internationally. The studio team has completed dozens of visual image designs, which have been adopted by important institutions and events.

Active in the international graphic design community, conducting design exchange activities.

Was invited to give academic reports at AGI annual meetings for many times, and gave special speeches at Kassel University in Germany, Aichi Prefecture University of Arts in Japan and the Chinese Cultural Center in The Hague.

Judges for the 22nd Warsaw International Poster Biennial, Italy's "GOOD 50 × 70" Poster Exhibition, "Water is Life" International University Student Poster Exhibition, Finland's Lahti Poster Triennial, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th "Peace International Poster Biennial", and the 2nd BIPB International Poster Art Biennial.

Hosted over ten domestic and international graphic design workshops. The "Harmony and Coexistence - Chinese Character Art and Design Exhibition" was successfully held at the United Nations headquarters and Geneva.

Plan the "Ziku" International Character Design Exhibition and the Chinese Character Art Exhibition at the Chinese Character Museum. Engaged in the design, research, teaching, and curation of Chinese character art, with significant influence both domestically and internationally.
