CHEN Lu is the senior design director of Xiaomi and is responsible for product，packaging, and HMI design. She graduated from Art Center College of Design, USA, with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
Joined Xiaomi in 2011. Over the years, CHEN Lu has been committed to improving Xiaomi's product strength with design. She led the team to complete the packaging design of the entire line of products, branding，and many derivative products.
Her design makes the minimalist, practical and environmentally friendly design style one of Xiaomi's identification features. Her work has won many international design competition awards, including British Pentawards Design Platinum Award, Japanese Good Design the Best 100 Award, Graphis Design Yearbook Platinum Award, Dieline Design Award, Reddot Design Award, iF Design Award, and IDEA Award.
