Lee is currently serving as the president of the Design Strategy Center at Lotte Corporation, where he leads innovation in consumer goods design, spatial and architectural design, and brand development.
In this role, he focuses on enhancing customer experience and creating cross-industry synergies across a wide range of sectors operated by Lotte - including department stores, hotels & resorts, construction, food industries, and consumer electronics - to strengthen the global competitiveness of the Lotte brand.
Prior to joining Lotte in 2023, he held the position of Head of the Corporate Design Center at Samsung Electronics and served as the President of the Samsung Art & Design Institute.
He was also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Design at Hongik University, the largest design university in Korea. He received the Honorary Fellowship from the Royal College of Art in 2016.
