Garett Hwang is a Director of UNS, and a key leader of UNS Asia offices. Her experience spans across typologies and scales, often focusing on the integration and smart application of computation to benefit design, quality, and control of complex buildings systems. Since joining UNS in Shanghai in 2011, followed by her move in 2017 to manage the Hong Kong office, she has worked on many key Asia projects, including Raffles City Hangzhou and the ongoing WestK Performing Arts Centre and Theatre at Central Yards in Hong Kong. Across these projects, she explores ways to reinterpret spatial relationships and blend different programmes to elevate the human experience.
